Blog Week of 4/22/13
On Monday, Pastor Stuckwisch gave the chapel message on Good Shepherd Sunday. Tuesday, as we know, is always a boring dayJ. On Wednesday our Academic Super Bowl team had its last practice for the year. They have had a very good year!! Come out and cheer them on Saturday at Seymour Middle School. On Thursday the Algebra I students took the Core 40. They all did a very good job, I bet!!! On Friday the Algebra I students had a party for their wonderful work!! Also God’s Blessings to the confirmands as they have their questioning on this Sunday. One week down only a few more to go!!! Apr

Blog week of 4.15.13
On Monday Pastor Lepley from Redeemer gave the message on gifts and how God blesses us every day. It was a very good sermon because we sometimes don’t thank God for what He has given to us in our life. On Tuesday we had group pictures for our school. On Thursday the algebra students took ECA for the Core 40. Good Luck to them on their big test. On Friday we took the I-Step practice. It was a blast. Also after school on Friday we had clean up time!!!That was the best part of the day!! After school today there will be a PTL Luau here at Immanuel Lutheran School. Hope to see you there!! On Monday we had family units seating in chapel, and Pastor Rodriguiz gave the message. On Tuesday we started to have some warm weather and it finally feels like spring. In English class we are now starting to write newsletters for different grade levels in the school. We have learned a lot of unique writing styles this year in school. On Thursday night our Academic Super Bowl group had an invitational. Our History team won the whole thing and also the Science shared the title. The English got fourth place!! Job well done to all our ASB’s!! Hope you have a great weekend!!!
