Lance’s Blog week of 1/25/13 This week we only had four days of school. On Tuesday we had chapel with Mr. Neiman leading the service. He talked about Baptism, and how it’s not just water. On Thursday we had the Spelling Bee. Tess Allman got first place, Emma Patmore came in second and Harrison Fleetwood got third. On Friday it snowed about ½ inch. It was a good week!! Next week is National Lutheran Schools Week!! Wear maroon and gold on Monday!Lance, Room 303 Jan

This week we had lots of activities to do. On Monday Camp Lakeview presented our chapel to us. We sang some silly songs and worshiped our Father. On Wednesday we had a person come videotape us and the different activities that we offer at our school. It was a fun time posing for the camera. We are now writing research projects about a place in D.C. Those are going to be fun. This weekend our 8th grade boys are playing in the Seymour tourney. Good Luck boys! Do well!! Can’t wait for next week - A 3 day weekend!!!:)

This week was a wonderful week. It was a very busy week too. On Monday we had family units’ chapel. In Lit we started a new unit in which we have to read biography and learn to write poetry. In gym we learned to juggle. It was very hard, but we are learning still. Thursday we had the Spelling Bee. On Friday in English we are starting a research project on an important place in D.C. I can’t wait for a new week!!!!!
