Welcome to ILS! I am Sarah Bumbleburg, one of the two third grade teachers. I am beginning my 22ndt year in education. I received my Bachelor's degree in general education from Concordia University, River Forest. I earned my Master's Degree in Special Education from Butler University in 2004. I have taught both in the general education classroom and special education classrooms, with 17 years being in special education. My greatest passion is helping children who learn differently, as I believe that all children are capable of learning, they just need to receive the information in a different way. When I'm not in the classroom you can find me with my family playing board games, enjoying dinner out, or just making memories together. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Michael. We have three beautiful daughters, Addison, Gillian, and Haley.
