Chapel Mission ~ Our mission for April and May is Lutheran World Relief.  Offerings will all be made in monetary form, so pull out those envelopes and bring them to chapel on Mondays.

ILEARN ~ The students have done an excellent job of using their time wisely and putting forth their best effort thus far.  Just two more days of testing this week.

Save those Boxes ~ This summer more renovations will be done to the school due to the generous donations made during the "Faith in our Future" Campaign.  Some of the renovations include the painting of my classroom as well as updating my flooring.  Due to these renovations I will need to completely empty my classroom.  If you have strong sturdy boxes you can donate I would appreciate it, as I will need several to store all my AR books and much more.  Thank you in advance.

Spring Concert Thursday May2nd 

Kickball Game #1 on Friday May 3rd at 10:30.  We will play Mrs. Tracey's class, in hopes of winning and moving on to the 2nd round of the tournament.

End of Year Field Trip Tuesday May 21st 

Religion ~ We will continue to complete a deeper study of the commandments, specifically 8-10.

Memory ~ No memory due to ILEARN

Reading ~ We will be combining a social studies unit on Economics with our reading activities this week.

English ~ Diagramming sentences, mixed patterns 1 & 2

Writing ~ We will finish our opinion writing about our favorite books, be sure to stop by and see the cute display, in the stairwell, on Thursday or Friday.

Math ~ Geometry, what are attributes of shapes?

Science ~ We will continue our unit on engineering and movement.
